    Within a week, we'll reconvene for a 45-minute session to present your tailored treatment plan. This plan is more than just dietary advice; it's a roadmap to restore your energy, balance your hormones, and bring your body back to feeling its best. It includes:

    Nutritional guidance rooted in whole foods

    Lifestyle adjustments that fit seamlessly into your life

    Supplement recommendations, if appropriate

    Insights into functional testing and lab results, if relevant

  • Step 3: Ongoing Support

    Health is a journey, not a destination. Our follow-up appointments, typically every 3–4 weeks, ensure you're supported every step of the way. These 45-minute sessions are designed to track your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and celebrate your wins — big and small.
