Children’s Health

By using food as medicine, health concerns in children such as allergies, frequent infections, growth challenges, fussy eating, digestive upsets and behavioural issues can be addressed and supported.

Nutritional medicine can also help in identifying food sensitivities, as well as recommending alternative foods to ensure your child’s nutritional needs are still being met. I utilise functional pathology to help identify different food and chemical intolerances and allergies where necessary.

As a mum, I’m obsessed with helping parents’ feed their kids wholesome food, which will provide them with the best start to life. I love coming up with strategies and tools to help with fussy eating or cater to food allergies and intolerances.

The goal of any treatment plan I give to my clients, is to have achievable and practical dietary recommendations that make improving your child’s nutritional intake and health easy.

Fussy Eaters….

Fussy eaters are my favourite kids to deal with; I have lots of tricks up my sleeve and love coming up with ways to expand their diet (and sneak in veggies when we need to!)
