      <image:title>About - Can I share a bit of my story with you?</image:title>
      <image:caption>Whilst I enjoy all aspects of nutritional medicine, I love the area of women’s health and have a special interest in preconception and postnatal care. This stemmed from my own experience. After growing and nurturing two beautiful babies, I found myself incredibly depleted. It affected my mental health and I suffered from postnatal depression. I was beyond exhausted, irritable and struggling to get through the long days. All the while wondering what was wrong with me - that I wasn’t finding ‘joy’ in my new role as Mummy. I came to realise that while feeling this way is incredibly common - it’s not normal and we shouldn’t accept it as so. I got help, I prioritised my health and I focussed on giving my body the food and nutrients it was screaming out for. Slowly, I found my way out of that dark place and haven’t looked back. Since then, I’ve seen how often postnatal depletion occurs and I understand that there are many paths on the journey back to health &amp; vitality. I’m so incredibly passionate about helping other mum’s find the support and nourishment they need and deserve.</image:caption>
